How It Works!
Step 1 - Scan your vouchers
Like never before, just scan your vouchers and an image of each voucher is uploaded to the system.
Step 2 - No data entry or sorting
Taxi Charger reads the bar code and handwriting from each voucher and then automatically sorts and totals your vouchers.
Step 3 - Makes&delivers invoices
Taxi Charger makes your invoices as PDFs and spreadsheets and emails them to your clients. Each invoice contains a tiled image of each voucher.
Step 4 - Collects your payments
Taxi Charger collects your payments directly from your clients' credit cards and bank accounts by pre-authorized debit.
Step 5 - Reports everything online
Your staff, clients and drivers can all login through the Internet and access invoices, aging reports, accounting reports and all other details.
